Shipping, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

To return an item to us, please use our Returns Page here.

We'll send you a Pre-Paid Returns Label with UPS Courier to exchange an item for a different size or style.

We have a highly trained team of experts (who also happen to be amazing) who are standing by to help you out with your order. You can return an item up to 365 days after your order.


All orders are shipped, tracked and delivered by UPS in the UK, fully tracked. Shipping is free on all orders of £50 or more and we'll also pay to send you a replacement if you'd like a different size or style. 

Refunds and exchanges 

If you have any issues with your order, we'll work with you to make it right. In the event you're not happy with your order or you're unhappy with the size, you can visit our returns page here.

Items eligible for refunds or exchanges

You can return new, unworn and unopened items, with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund.

We can only refund the amount paid. Sadly we are not able to refund any charges to ship the items back to us or the original shipping to you if you paid for this separately. 

All items need to be in a sellable condition. This means being new, unworn and in original undamaged packaging. This is so our fulfilment centre has tagged the returned item as "Sellable", not as 'Defective' or 'Customer Damaged'.

If an item is received as "Defective" or "Customer Damaged", sadly we will not be able to offer a refund. Items would be classified as 'Customer Damaged' if they have been worn for a workout, contain traces of chemicals or substances or traces of pet hair. Sometimes, items are also classified as "Defective" or "Customer Damaged" if they are received without the original tags or packaging so please do keep on the tags when you try your items for the first time. If any items are received as damaged or customer damaged, the items will be disposed of.

Returning an item - who pays the shipping costs

Unwanted items

If you're returning an item due to it being unwanted, the shipping costs for the item to reach our warehouse will be bourne by you. We'll quickly provide you with shipping labels and an RMA so that the items can be accepted back into our warehouse. We cannot however reimburse the shipping cost.

It's also your responsibility to ensure the item gets back to us and we always recommend shipping it with tracking. This way, we can find it if it's lost or mis-placed. 

Items shipped to you in error

If you are returning items to us which have been shipped to you in error, we'll gladly cover the shipping cost of those. This really doesn't happen very often, but when it does, we make it right quickly.  

When can I expect to receive an eligible refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 calendar days of your item being processed in our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 days for items received in the warehouse to be processed and the return to be approved.  From the day when your refund is processed, your bank may take up to 3 working days to credit the funds into your account.  We honour all refunds if you let us know within 14 days of purchase and when the item is received back with original tags and in original packaging in sellable condition. Please note, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount for customers who use a pre-paid return label who then ask for a refund. Sadly, as a small business, we are not able to refund the delivery charge when refunding you for your items purchased.
